This is a limited edition reproduction of the original artwork titled "Velours IX", with only 100 copies available. The piece is part of the collection "The Beliefs", initiated in August 2022, a series that explores vibrations and energies translated into shapes and colors.

 

Each print is numbered and comes with a unique certificate of authenticity.

Shipping policy

General 

 

All originals are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Shipping fees as well as import taxes and duties are covered for original artworks.

 

All limited edition prints are processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless specified otherwise (please refer to the product description). You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Import duties and taxes are included for limited edition prints.

 

All merchandise are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless specified otherwise (please refer to the product description). Pre-ordered merchandise is processed for shipping within 6-8 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Import duties and taxes are not included for merchandise.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so within 2 days of purchase using the link provided in the order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the applicable shipping rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

 

 

Shipping Rates

    

All orders are shipped with DHL Express, UPS or postal mail depending of the delivering address. Shipping rates exclude customs & duties, except where the customer selects the option to prepay customs & duties at checkout. Kamonn is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur.

 

  • Domestic orders within France incur a 10€ flat rate shipping fee.
  • International orders to Europe, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein incur a 15€ flat rate shipping fee.
  • International orders to North America, Canada  incur a 35€ flat rate shipping fee.
  • International orders sent to customers located in the rest of the world incur an 50€ flat rate shipping fee.

 

 

Shipping Delivery Estimates

 

The shipping times listed are estimates from our couriers.

 

  • For customers located in Europe, the UK, North America, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, you should receive your artwork, print or merchandise within 6-10 business days from date of pickup. 
  • For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork, print or merchandise within 6-15 business days from date of pickup.

 

 

Important Information for International Customers

 

Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island) and Western Sahara.

 

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kamonn is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@kamonn.fr with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Exchange and return policies

PRINTS:

 

As each print is part of a numbered, limited edition series, we are unable to accept returns. This ensures the integrity and collectible value of each edition.

 

If your print arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. Kindly email our team at art@kamonn.fr with photos of the damage, and we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

MERCHANDISE:

 

Returns 

 

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, however, customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Items must be returned to us in original condition.

 

Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). Once our team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner.

 

If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will bear responsibility for the return shipping costs.

 

Kamonn reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Kamonn.

 

Please also note that Kamonn intentionally manufacturers small quantities of merchandise to limit overproduction. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to repurchase an item after you have returned your original order as it may be sold out.
